The Fehlings piezo-feeder technology generates the conveyor motion with a significantly higher frequency and acceleration than the conventional magnetic feeder technology. It is characterized by its smooth and consistent motion and is therefore particularly suitable for feeding miniaturized or dimensionally unstable components.

Due to the Fehlings Monoblock design, the entire conveyer line, inclusive the point of separation, consists of a single-piece rail without any interruption. Therefor the maximum of stability and reliability can be achieved.

With the specially developed control unit the vibration modes can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the workpiece, which ensures optimal functionality even for the most difficult feeding tasks.
